Abstract
This paper explores how Geographic Information Systems can be used to re-interpret existing archives of oral testimony and to generate new connections between disparate collections. Focusing on Manchester's unique collection of recorded interviews with the families of Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe it explores how this material can be visualised through GIS, analysed and connected to other archival resources.
